The Zombiarium....

My Zombiarium...:)

These are all the zombies and zombified creatures/things created by me.... I decided to put them all together  and create a sort of collage... and I like it! :) But the thing I like most is that some of them have already found new homes to live and new friends to eat...ohh, I mean to treat as friendly as possible! :)

Just to stay organized...

I decided to organize my humble blog a little bit...in order to post more regularly. Starting February the 3rd I will post three times a week - on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Mondays will be dedicated to creations made for my Etsy store and will be called My Work Table (until I will find a better title:)). On Wednesdays I will post about creative things I do in my spare time - some DIY projects, sketches, reports from forest and city walks, etc. .. It will be called Creative Wednesday! :) But on Fridays be prepared for something special - I will write about Erinle's World and will show her Notebook! :) This is my personal project for this year - each week I will create a page from Erinle's Notebook and post it here.
So...stay tuned! :)

Lucky Gnome and Cthulhu Stones...

Yesterday was a truly creative day! And here you can see the results.... I love the works of H.P. Lovecraft very much and these little Cthulhu stones are dedicated to one of my favorite writers. And Folke is simply a green house gnome, who lives in Erinle's basement! And he brings luck to all board game addicts... well, at least he supposed to...:D

Supplies, supplies, supplies...

Yesterday I visited the city center and bought myself some useful supplies for my projects and creations...  Acrylic paints, new brushes, two small polymer clay packs (Sculpey, as usual) and two unfinished wooden dices, which eventually will turn into something interesting in the near future...

By the way, the sun has return to my city - so more photos of paper sculptures and wall decor pieces coming soon! :)

AAARRGGGH!

The New Year has come... with enormous rains! I don't remember the last time I saw the Sun... Usually we have sunny and snowy winters here, in Latvia. But definitely not in this year! Sky remains grey and I'm starting to feel a little bit depressed. Nevertheless, I keep on creating stuff...:) 

New zombies and one small mixed media project

I've created another Zombie Valentine (see the first picture) and another Easter Zombie (the third picture). The Zombie Newlyweds are something totally new for me and I think they look terribly great! :)
As for the last picture - it is a small mixed media artwork, called "I see you". When I say mixed media - I mean that I've used polymer clay on an unusual surface (canvas, glass, wood, etc.)... If you're wondering what's pictured on it - you can read the description here...
In all other aspects, except the weather, January is good for me... I've had 3 sales already and I'm happy! :) The Grumpy Heart, the Red Planet and The Zombie Vikings are sold! Yay! :)
